Healthy Day at the Pā is a day especially for our Kaumātu. It takes place on the last Friday of each month from 10am – 1.00pm.

This fun and relaxed day is an opportunity not only for a catch up and a kai but also for our Kaumātua to have a range of health checks including: blood pressure, weight, blood sugars, hearing and anything else that may need checking. Each month we also have guest speakers, exercise and singing.
