SUMMARY:Healthy Day at the Pā
DESCRIPTION:Healthy Day at the Pā is a day especially for our Kaumātu. It takes place on the last Friday of each month from 10am – 1.00pm.\n\nThis fun and relaxed day is an opportunity not only for a catch up and a kai but also for our Kaumātua to have a range of health checks including: blood pressure\, weight\, blood sugars\, hearing and anything else that may need checking. Each month we also have guest speakers\, exercise and singing.\n\nTransport is available for those who need it. We ask those who come along to bring a shared kai – enough for two not 22.
